AUBERGE DISCOVERY BAY HOTEL, HONG KONG

This design project in Discovery Bay, Lantau Island, encompassed the entire 300 room hotel including 50 serviced apartments, meeting and events areas, wedding area, restaurants, bars and wellness and spa experience areas. 

The Café Bord de la Mer restaurant, with 160 seats and a lounge area,  reflects a relaxed lifestyle with an open plan layout, interactive cooking stations and timber finishes . The full length windows invite sunlight to stream into the restaurant, creating an airy, light-filled environment and rewarding guests with panoramic views of the South China Sea. The outdoor terrace accommodates up to 400 guests for cocktails.
