BI RESTAURANT, CATHAY PACIFIC, HONG KONG

The Chinese word for Jade, Bi Restaurant is located on the 23rd Floor of the Headland Hotel, overlooking the bay of Lantau Island and the HKIA.

The 100 seat restaurant is designed for senior executives of Cathay Pacific, featuring Jade stones hanging on the red silk walls and windows onto the kitchen to showcase the fresh food activity. The columns are clad in glass artworks, with exotic lanterns that gently rise and lower near the ceiling, adding subtle movement to the space, like lanterns rising in the sky.  At the end of the restaurant is an exclusive private dining area. Burl veneers on the tables with leather and walnut timber chairs, create an atmosphere of refined elegance.
