ESCA RESTAURANT BIMBADGEN ESTATE, HUNTER VALLEY

We were asked to design the Esca Restaurant by Mulpha Australia in an expansion of Bimbadgen Estate – one of the most well-known wineries in the Hunter Valley.

Since its inception, Esca has become one of the best restaurants in the area. It has wonderful views overlooking the Hunter Valley and the vineyards, with a small bar, a private dining area and a large designer open kitchen. Outside is a large outdoor amphitheatre where classical and pop concerts are held during summer. Below the restaurant is the Cellar Door where the estate’s wines can be purchased.
