Our concept for The Mixing Pot’s buffet style format was to create a series of modular components so that the buffet display had a flexible configuration, changing each week to feature a different nationality and cuisine. Designed to seat 10 crew, long tables with marble inserts and table lights, wrapped cutlery, real herb displays. Around the walls of the space banquettes with tables to seat two or four people.

A long artwork display by Hirotoshi Sawada was located high above the seating and hanging pole artworks screen the view of the terrace outside. The refurbishment included new timber cladding, acoustic ceilings, integrated lighting and new floor finishes and furniture.
