Each townhouse was built to incorporate cross ventilation, featuring large lightwells and custom-designed cabinetry for the air conditioning creating high ceilings that accentuated a sense of spaciousness.

Another unprecedented innovation that set this development apart was integrating a public park into the project design which we subsequently sold back to the local Council, reducing the developer’s costs for the site.
